This week it is all about mindset. Psychologist Tara Forgeron joins us to teach us about counseling and taking care of your mental health. She shares what to expect during a session, how to check in with yourself, and what proactive mental health means. She also gives us tips and apps we can use at home to support our mental health. Tara opened her private practice after completing a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto. They focus on Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approaches.
