Mireka Starr shares her incredible journey of becoming an artist, but there was once a time when she considered herself a ‘non-artistic’ person.
She convinced to try painting by a mentor of hers after confiding in him that she was gay. She picked up supplies and immediately painting became an incredible outlet for Mireka, it became her life’s passion, an avenue in which she could express herself, a method for healing, and for supporting her mental health.
As her talent and recognition grew, so did the demand to generate more paintings. Mireka also dives into how setting boundaries let her true passion for her art flourish.
